Is it rape?

**THIS IS NOT ME CRYING RAPE, I JUST WANT TO GET OTHERS OPINIONS**

Okay, so this guy and I had just finished having consensual sober sex and then had a disagreement about literally this situation (is it rape if the persons said "yes" before and then "no" the next time and you have sex with them anyways) and his argument was no, it isn't rape, which in fact it is. So we were just kind of lying there, and I went to get up and he grabbed the back of my neck and was forcing it down towards his junk and I said clearly and loudly several times "stop" "no" "I'm serious" and was pushing him away and he continued pushing my head down, until I bit down on his dick. I just wasn't in the mood anymore, after the conversation.

I'm not trying to get ANYONE in trouble here, I'm not trying to be a victim, I just want to know how many people actually believe it isn't rape, because you've consented before and objected a separate time, especially if the partner follows through with the act.

Also, just so it isn't brought up or someone tries to "call me out":

Women are just as capable or raping a man, as a man is of raping a woman. "No" doesn't not mean "try it anyways".
