Not fat?

Question

Anyone else's 2 almost 3 month old baby just not super chunky? He's very long ( dad and I are tall) but he's not super fat. Doc says he's healthy I just wonder why he's not putting on fat like almost all other babes??

My girls have chunky faces even did when born at 4 lbs but have hardly any chub anywhere else! 19 weeks old and they’re now 23 inches and just under 11 lbs

And we're going in for a weight check on Friday, she'll be almost 11 weeks.
They really want her to gain more weight, but she's reaching all her developmental milestones (and some early!) and said she is healthy.
She eats a lot and has 5+ wet diapers a day, which all my research says shows she's getting enough and is staying hydrated.
I'm dreading them telling me we need to supplement with formula... I'm torn between trusting my research (part of my degree is research based, so I'm confident in my ability to find accredited and reliable sources) and trusting the doctor that she *needs* more weight.
I don't want to just fatten her up unless there's something beneficial to it, and my doctor didn't dive that far... The doctor is going to be so annoyed with all my questions tomorrow lol XD

My daughter is 11 weeks, 24 inches long and 11 lbs 2.5 ounces! She's super long and itty bitty! Definitely not chunky at all.

My baby is 9 weeks old and only 10lbs but almost 24 inches long. She’s only in the 2% for weight for her height and 20th for weight for age. Her father and I are both very thin and tall. Doctor says its genetics and nothing wrong with it!

My little guy is just shy of 13 weeks, I would say he's healthy and growing, but not necessarily a super huge chunk or anything. Currently 14-ish lbs, and probably in the ballpark of 23-25" long. (Haven't weighed and measured since his last two month appointment, so these numbers are slightly estimated) so far he seems to be developing well, even after being born just a wisp and preemie, AND having what little weight he DID HAVE, just plummet practically hours after birth. I say share your concerns with your doc & if you need to start formula supplementing- just do it. I know it's hard, and not ideal, but in the end having a healthy and strong baby is most important. I had to supplement right out of the gate cause my supply was nilch. I wanted SO SO badly to EBF, but seeing my baby slowly but steadily grow and develop with my combo feeding is the world to me. 
Sidenote: we're using similac neosure, BF first as long as baby will at every feeding, then following up with 3-4 oz after. I have high praise for the neosure, and have come to accept and actually appreciate the fact that I know for sure how much he's taking in now

My first peanut was 3% for weight and about 50% for height, tall and skinny. Doc wasn't concerned (after month 1 that is, I did have to pump and supplement because at first he didn't gain at all and weighted feeds showed he wasn't getting enough) once he started gaining steadily, just on a lower percentile. Baby #2 is about the 20% for weight, seems huge to us after our first, but not compared to other babies 😂

Two months old, nearly 13lbs and 23.5in. He’s been a string bean since birth. He was born 7.2lbs and 20.5in. 🙂

Long and skinny here ! Which is how I've always been ! And her brothers and sister are all pretty skinny ! And relatively tall as well!

My babe is long and lean. He’s 11 weeks and 24 inches and 12lbs. He was 7.5lbs and 21 inches at birth. His dad is tall and thin, so I think he just takes after him. I get a little concerned about him when EVERYONE has to comment on how small he is.
