IVF tips/advice

I’m 28, unexplained infertility, two failed IUI’s with femera. Doing IVF in March. AMH 4.15. My doctor said there is a high chance of OHSS and we might have to do a frozen transfer if I get that. She won’t do ICSI cause we don’t have a sperm issue. And she didn’t recommend PGS testing for us since it can cause more harm than good and could get rid of good embryos that’s are actually fine. Advice on what my doctor has suggested or anything advice in general
