HELP! anxiety and shortness of breath 8 weeks pregnant

i have anxiety and i stopped taking lexapro when i got pregnant, my OB told me to try not to take it. i am having anxiety attack and one is shortness of breath, i am trying to stay calm but i am just scared that my 8 week baby is not getting enough oxygen from me.

does anyone here experienced the same thing?
