Hi ladies

I’ve been breastfeeding my son for 13 months now and have always been so careful about what medication I take. Unfortunately I got severe food poisoning and dehydration on holiday this week and was taken to hospital where they had to give me IV antibiotics. The doctors said they are safe for breastfeeding but obviously opinions and standards are different in different countries. My son is now vomiting and I’m sure it must be because of these antibiotics. He seems happy enough otherwise but is off his food. My question is, has anyone else experienced this and how long did it take to pass through your milk and your little one to get back to normal?
