Old milk ?

My daughter had a really sleepless night last night. I was half asleep and pumped at 2 AM I left the milk inside the pump on my nightstand. For the record my room is always pretty cool
Three hours later still half asleep I pumped again into the same pump without washing the horns
Should I dump this milk

Ideally milk is used or refrigerated within 4 hours, but it's acceptable even after 6 hours. I normally do a smell check and keep it!

BM is good at room temp for up to 6 hours. So as long as you haven’t exceeded that then you are fine to freeze it

My question was more , I️s I️t ok that i didn’t wash or rinse the Horns after using it the first time .. then used I️t again 3 hours later
