My husband and I have been trying for baby #1 for about 8 months. We decided to have a SA to make sure everything was ok in that department. His sperm count came back very low at 1.45million. We have an appointment with a urologist in 2.5 weeks. He is quite overweight and he sits most of the day for work, so I'm sure his boys are getting too warm. Anyone have any suggestions or things that have worked for them in raising the sperm count? Any products that help with count specifically? Feeling heartbroken reading about what our options look like if we are unable to get his counts to increase. Also he already takes a multivitamin that has zinc, folic acid, and selenium.
