When do I tell my family

So I am pregnant and it is a bit unorthodox because I’m only 21 and the dad was a one night stand. I want to wait until my 12 scan to tell my family but that is a week after Christmas. I am going to my nans house for Christmas Day and the whole family will be there. They will notice when I don’t have a drink or go for a fag what do I do?

If you want to hide it and wait for the scan tell them you’re on antibiotics for a stomach bug, covers not drinking or smoking

I would wait, especially if it's a miscarriage. Unless you don't care about their reaction. Then tell them whenever you want
