Cramps while pregnant!

So I'm 6 weeks pregnant today, and I'm always having cramps. Are cramps normal? And if so how much is to many cramps? Is there anything I should watch out for. This is my first pregnancy and I'm being so worried. I'm not seeing my doctor until 3 more weeks. Please help me.
