Falling for him ...

Long story:

So I've been talking to this guy for years we've been off and on and well lately all we've been is "fuck buddies". Let me tell you it's the best sex I've ever had since day 1 ☝🏼. Anyways usually after sex we listen to music and just hang out like best friends and he just talks about himself and puts music on and sings along and sings some songs to me. He plays with my messy hair and says I look cute like that. I was cramping the other day and he rubbed my belly without me asking to. He's always giving me kisses. He sent a video of us kissing to some girl who won't leave him alone but he told his friend and mom about me. I'm a friend towards his mom and some college girl to his home boy since we only hook up and don't go out. Well recently I asked who he liked he said no one and he's hard to open up his emotions like that but his actions towards me say other things. he makes my heart melt. & he says he doesn't wanna date anyone because last time he did he got cheated on with the girl he dated for 2 years. Note this. It was 2 years ago!!! He also says that he doesn't want his friends to say h downgraded he showed me a picture of his ex and she's really pretty!!! Anyways I know It was stupid of me to get emotions when I know what we'd only be but I can't help fall for him. Do you think he likes me and is afraid to fall in love again or do you think he just doesn't want me in general? Also should I take the risk and tell him how I feel or keep it low key and continue just hooking up with him?
