after getting off the pill around Christmas I thought it was going to take us forever to get results since I was on birth control for about 7 yrs.. at first we were being very responsible and no "trying" until this past March we thought why not, again assuming it would take us maybe a year to see anything. since I had been off the pill I had never received my period and about beginning of March I wanted to make sure I was missing my periods because it was how my body was reacting being off it. that time it was just that so I let the whole not having my period thing go. after we started trying I didn't know what other signs to look for since missing my period wasn't going to happen. I started getting these horrible cramps and I was nauseas during almost every car ride. my face also started getting super hot and cold at once. I thought these symptoms were nothing, since I get car sick often and I felt the cramps were just a sign my period was going to come around in full swing. a co-worker of mine explained that those were almost the exact same symptoms she was having and suggested to go get a pregnancy test. 3 pregnancy tests later of a course of 2 days I am pregnant :) very excited!
