Gender reveal ❤️

Lisa

So we had our 20 week morphology scan yesterday and had been praying that baby would cooperate and let us see if they were a boy or a girl. Right from the start of the scan we knew that baby wasn't sitting right and probably wasn't going to let us see as bubs legs were crossed and bubs feet and a hand were in the way of being able to see clearly to know what the sex was. I was a little gutted at that point I won't lie, being 37 and having my first baby after 4 miscarriages previously, losing 5 babies in total with the last miscarriage just after my birthday last year being twins,

I was so anxious to finally be able to see our rainbow baby again and find out what we were having. With an anterior placenta too it made it harder to get a clear image without the sonographer having to push hard with the wand to get a better image for measurements. Bub had their little face smushed up against the placenta the whole time so we couldn't see the face properly but did get a nice side profile of cute little nose and lips. Just as the last measurements were taken our little one finally decided to roll over a little and we were finally able to see clearly what the gender was. So at around 3:30 yesterday afternoon we found out our gut instinct had indeed been correct and were told we are having a little girl 😍 we truly couldn't be happier and hope to give her a brother within a couple of years. So with much pride and overwhelming love we introduce to you our little princess ❤️❤️❤️❤️
