Ectopic Pregnancy 😔😔😔😔😔

Ladies I’ve been so crazy stressed out these past days. First the doctor from the ER told me that my hcg levels were too low they were at 41 and they did an ultra sound and saw the sac but nothing in the sac, so then they told me to go back two days later so I did and my hcg levels went up to 500 and they did another ultrasound and they still saw nothing so now they’re telling me that it might be an ectopic pregnancy and I’m really really really scared and stressing out and I don’t know what to think 😔 I have no pain or bleeding at all. Please can anyone please give me some advice on all of this.
