please help?

beautiful ladies...i need your help.............anybody know what these white dots are on my areola near the nipple? i never had this before and now i have a few on my right side and two on my left side...(im currently 7dpo with no symptoms) it doesnt hurt or bleed or bother me...it feels like skin and its not hard/solid or like pimple...i know we have some spots that are white...the normal one i have are in orange circle but the white spots with the red arrow are new...they are much whiter and bold (?)....i would really appreciate some responses!!!
