Tips for TTC with irregular cycle?

I’m trying to conceive #2. I’m 43 and was on clomid for the 1st but hoping not to have to this time around but cycles are so irregular. 18-60 day cycles. Any ideas that could help?

Have you tried tracking your bbt. You'll be able to confirm O after it happens the first time and then once you have a few cycles logged you'll be able to predict it based on patterns you've had in the previous charts. Might help. I'm a firm believer of using multiple methods though. So combine it with opks or tracking cm and cervical position. Good luck.
