Placenta?!

How do you know where your placenta is by looking at your ultrasound. Trans abdominal.

If I'm not mistaken it's what the baby is laying on top of that thin layer....

I got a print out with my ultrasound that had babies measurements on and that had my placenta location on it. Apparently it's at the back (posterior)?

I'm trying to see if I can figure out what the gender of my baby is.. I really wanna know !!

I believe its the black looking blob immediately around the baby
