Would you hate her??

This is something I am really struggling to deal with. My dad and step mom have been divorced for several years now. She has been in my life since I was 6 or 7. She was more of a mom to me than my mom was when she was married to my dad. I still love her, but I can't tell if I just live the old her and am holding onto our relationship in hopes the old her will come back. She got with a new guy a year or 2 ago, which is great, good for her, but she completely changed after they've got together. His parents are very well off and he lives off them. He does work, but he makes next to nothing and same with my step mom. He gives her everything she wants though. They have gone an expensive vacations like every month, he paid to send her on a cruise that was just her with his sister and his mom, flew her to Mexico for her to have surgery to have her stomach stapled, and just built her a $220,000 dollar home and got her a new car. Well, should I say his parents did all that for her. Which also would be fine, if she wasn't so wrapped up in all of this "perfectness". She has become a witch!! She treats my brother (her first born) like literal dog shit! She expects him to have straight A's and B's, but won't give him the tools to get them! He struggles and instead of helping him, she punishes him! Everytime her 2 step daughters accuse him of something (even if he didn't do it, and he usually doesn't) she takes their side and yells at him and punishes him! He is being horribly bullied at school and tells him and will cry and she tells him to stop being a baby and does nothing to help him!! The kids took an inappropriate picture of him and spread it around the school and he took it to the principal and they handled it, but she didn't care! They then put nails unter his four wheeler tires and popped them and she did nothing besides get mad at him and punish him! I want to love her because she is like my mom, but how can you live someone so fowl?! I want to cut her out of my life, but just can't seem to do it.
