Sleep training help!
Tonight is night one of sleep training my one year old - doing it so he can go to sleep on his own and not wake during the night. So far so good, he went to sleep after about 30 minutes. Husband went in once to comfort him after 5 mins but it only seemed to piss him off more. My baby usually wakes at about 4 and I nurse him back to sleep so my question is should I go in and attempt to comfort him at all? Or just let him cry it out??
