Background: I was previously a mother of 4 boys born March 2010, December 2012, January 2016 & January 2017.

I tried to hold off having sex with my boyfriend because with the last two kids I went into labor at 37 weeks after intercourse - but it didn’t work that way 😂

We had sex the night of November 18 and I fell asleep.. He woke me up to let me know I had bled a little & I shrugged it off like okay.. At 2am I started having contractions but was able to sleep through them fine, so I didn’t bother getting up..

Around 5am it was to the point I couldn’t sleep through it so I began to time & they were about 4 minutes apart.. But it was too early to get all of my kids up so I waited it out even as they progressed..

Around 7am he finally told me ‘you need to call your mom to get the kids so we can go to the hospital before you have her here’😂 So we got the kids ready and got dressed.. Once i got to the car the contractions kicked up & oh man I could have killed him😂 I was just to the point of “don’t talk to me, don’t question me ; I’m fine JUST DRIVE😂”

When we arrived to the hospital it was 8am they took me to a triage room instead of labor and delivery 🙄 Mind you I had already told the intake nurse I was having contractions 4 minutes apart since 5am & I generally have fast labors.. The nurse finally came back in to check me at 8:15 & her eyes got wide as she told me I wasn’t going anywhere because I was 7cm😱.. My boyfriend gets this silly grin across his face like omg she’s coming today.. And proceeds to call and let everyone know lol..

When I finally got moved to L&D; the contractions were back to back and unbearable .. I requested IV medication but the nurse couldn’t get the IV right in my hand (I’m still firm on the idea she was just stalling bc she didn’t want to give them to be being so far along in the process).. And I just cried😂 Like the contractions weren’t letting up, the nurse kept poking me for nothing & I just boohoo’d.. Amy boyfriend tried to console me the best he couldn’t and I really couldn’t ask for more at the time..

I got the urge to push around 8:50 and the nurse said I still had a little cervix there and my wares hadn’t broke but I could do a test push to try and get the ball rolling.. After that push she said everything was a go & we welcomed our beautiful baby girl into the work at 8:56am on November 19,2017 (originally due December 10)..

She is 2 weeks today and I am still so so in LOVE😍❤️💕

Thanksgiving 2017
