What could make it not work?

I did clomid + follistim + ovidrel. I have PCOS and don't ovulate on my own. My husband has no issues with his sperm. What could cause a cycle to fail if we had sex when told to after the trigger? I have a son who i conceived on just clomid two years ago. Tomorrow will be day 14 for me and I'm freaking out.

I already did the timed intercourse at the right time. I'm on day 13dpo and just wondering how it could *not* work.

Are you going to do IUI? if not then sex around the time of the trigger seems fine.
