Endometriosis

Hi guys this infertility thing is really kicking my butt and so are my periods. My period started 4 days early. At first I was thinking implantation but here comes the usual heavy blood flow with blood clots. I have to wear thick pads and tampons at the same time and I change them both very frequently. My cramps also feel like some one is ripping my uterus apart to shreds! I've had enough. I've did some research and I keep either seeing fibroids or endometriosis. When my period is over I want to get tested for it. If anyone has or had endometriosis, may you please tell me your symptoms, how you found out, how it was treated, how they test you for it, and if you got surgery tell me that process. After surgery did you get pregnant?
