7 weeks and serve cramping

i need help... so i dont have health insurance i was born out of the state im living in now. im waiting for it to get here sp i can get some health insurance i did go to a local place that does have free ultrasounds to check on my little bean today they didnt tell me a heart beat but i seen it beating she zoomed in for me. This is my second pregnancy my first i had no cramping so im not sure if im being over dramatic but they hurt like hell they are constant and on a scale of 1-10 id say a 7. no spotting or bleeding but consisent bad cramping im nervous. am i being dramatic should i try some stuff at home that anyone can recommend to make them go away or do i just go to the ER
