Will a 16 week ultrasound show gender?

I am going in to drs at 16 weeks in a day. And I was wondering what are the chances they'll see the gender??

You can see the gender at 14wks and over so of course. As long as the baby cooperates lol 🙂🙂 Some are too shy to show their private area, so if you wanna know the gender and the baby doesn't cooperate just cough or drink cold water

at 16 weeks you could obviously see my babies weenies in the ultrasounds.

It all depends on how cooperative the baby is. If they give a good crotch shot, there is definitely a chance, but I wouldn’t get your hopes up

You could see my Bug was a boy at 14 weeks 5 days!

With my first at 16w, the tech said she felt “pretty confident” but I still had to come back a few weeks later for an “official.” With this one, at 19w, the tech didn’t feel comfortable calling it either way, and I had to come back a few weeks later for the “official.” I think it just depends on how cooperative baby is :)
