Medicines after ivf making me sick

I am 6w4d pregnant after 2nd ivf. I feel cramping all the time with light spotting sometimes.. I am on very high doses of progesterone and other medicines..now these medicines making me sick. I feel gagging all the time. I took almost  20 tablets yesterday and today my neck feeling constricted.  Don't have other early pregnancy symptoms other than breast soreness. Recent hcg was 27000. Getting hcg and progesterone shots twice a week.
