Help when can I start using pills
So I used to be on the pill but a couple days before my period I had to stop because of personal reasons. I decided to start again a new pack two weeks later but I traveled out of state for 4 days and forgot to take my pill.
Is it ok if I just continue the same pack from today onwards or double up?
Will this gap have a side effect on me?
