Sudden Mirena Cramps

Hi everyone, just looking for some advice/past experiences:

I had mirena inserted 11.5 months ago. A few weeks of spotting to begin with and then nothing for the last 11 months. No periods at all. The last week I've just had incredibly bad cramping. No bleeding or anything just severe cramps. I barely even had cramps when it was inserted.

Is this normal and had anyone else experienced this?

Oh and acne breakouts like never before!
