I need ideas for protein
Even before pregnancy I wasn't a huge meat fan. Although, I'm not vegan or vegetarian. Since being pregnant I can't stand the thought of chicken 🤢 I don't like ground turkey, fish, deer, bear, or elk either. So basically the only meat I've Been eating is hamburger and pork. I obviously can't eat hamburger every day because of how bad it is for you. What are some other protein options besides meat? I can't get myself to drink protein since being pregnant, and I don't crave veggies either. I'm basically living off of diary and carbs at this point. Please help. 😭
