Piercing rejection???

Question

Is my nose piercing rejecting? I got it done toward the end of October and been cleaning it well. What can I do? 😩
Sorry about my pores, they’re nasty I know but I’m clean so 🤷🏼‍♀️
Sorry I should specify: the part of my nose that’s red is where the hole of my piercing originally was. Still could be infected but that red part is inside the piercing hole, not a bump.

You NEVER take out a piercing if it is infected!! You leave it in and treat it!!!

Soak it in epsome salts! It’s not infected it’s an irritation bump! I thought mine was infected but it wasn’t! It happened to both my nose piercings! Warm water as warm as you can stand with the salts make it so much better once a day

It's just irritated, mine did that as well. Best thing to do is not play around with the piercing, no matter how tempting it is. 
Do salt soaking. Put some warm water in a shot glass with some sea salt or Epson salt l, try and dip your nose in it for 5-10 minutes. 
Try not to get any make up or lotions around the area. 
And I repeat! Do not touch or play with the piercing! If you must, make sure you wash your hands.
