What could this rash be?!?!

Does this look alarming?? Or is it normal? He’s 9 months. I don’t think I fed him anything that I haven’t fed him before, But he could’ve picked something up while crawling who knows.. I noticed it a couple hours ago and i feel like it keeps getting worse.

Agreed! It looks like hand foot and mouth, if so check his palms, bottom of feet and the inside of his mouth, most likely there would be spots there also.
