bedtime routine
Ok, my lo is 2 months old. i want to start establishing a bedtime routine now. shes all over the place when it comes to going to sleep at night. could be 7 pm or even 11pm. how do I go about getting her on a schedule? I'd like her to go to bed between 8 and 830. I just don't know how to get started with this. please help! thanks
