HELP!!

Okay so I noticed this a few days ago thought it was just a cut because it hurt and I didn’t even think to check what it was till tonight. HOLY FREAKING CRAP WHAT IS IT??!! I don’t have a mom I only have my dad I’m freaking the heck out rn what is it??!! WHAT DO I DO??!!
