I think weed should be decriminalized, regardless if it’s legal in our states or not. 
We are TURNING these people into REAL criminals by jailing them and making it hard to find jobs when they get out over a little bit of pot. 
So what do some of them do? Resort to crime to survive from the ways they learned from REAL criminals in jail.

No. Like the comment above it was illegal at the time of their crime so they still broke the law. Thats like a 20 year old getting caught drunk 10 min before their 21st birthday. They are still legally underage at the time of consumption there for they would still be arrested for underage drinking. Or if you got a speeding ticket going 65 in a 55 and then they changed the speed limit by 10 MPH like oh never mind you don’t have to pay that now since you were going 65 🙄

They’re just wasting tax dollars and taking up space in prison when they could be actually contributing to society.
