Getting to my post

On the nurture contest going on, I posted something to that topic and received notifications that someone either liked it or replied to it. I hit the check it out button but it takes me to the topic itself and not to my post. There are so many other posters that I can't find mine (I would have to keep scrolling down forever). Is there a way I can jump straight to my post?
