Possible miscarriage?
I have been cramping for the past week then yesterday I started my period. Normally when I start my period it's light then picks up then goes back to light but yesterday I immediately starting bleeding heavy, bleeding through my clothes I had slept in and the tampon and pad I had on. I saw small clots of blood when I went to flush the toilet and my cramps instantly got worse. Normally I take two midol in the morning and I'm ok for the rest of the day but yesterday that didn't happen it was still really bad. Today I'm still bleeding rather heavy and my cramps are still hell but to add to that my lower back is killing me. Again this is not a normal period for me, should I be concerned?
