I took the morning after pill on Monday it is now Wednesday and I feel like I have the worst flu ever!!!!!!!!!! My head is killing me I am vomiting I have diarrhea and my entire body is aching so bad I was in a ball crying my eyes out... I took some Tylenol cold and flu about an hour ago and my body aches have calmed down a bit but not enough! Has anyone ever had this happen to them??! Could it be because of the pill or just a really bad flu??!!
