Long story short: this man at my job is having an affair with this women from my job for over a year now. He flaunts her all around , beyond disrespectful. The wife has no clue , but I️ found her Facebook page. Should I️ message her or stay out of I️t ?

I wouldn't because there's a paper trail leading back to you being the snitch and you still have to work with the guy. It can cause all sorts of problems for you professionally. I'm all for telling a woman that her husband is cheating but not at the expense of my professional life and happiness between 9-5. Unless you can somehow do it anonymously.

Ugh that’s so tough... it can sometimes make the situation worse because they might think you are trying to get in between the relationship... I know that because I’ve done this on a few occasions. One girl thanked me for telling her and really appreciated it though. Do you have any proof that you can show her?
