u cant, unless the op states it's a pregnancy or OPK test. I've made the mistake to say to someone "congratulations,  it's definitely positive ", because I clearly saw two lines and it looked like a pregnancy test.  unfortunately the op got offended and said:" thanks,  but it's an OPK test,  not pregnancy test. thanks for getting my hopes up". people don't get that they both look the same, especially the first response ones.. if u dont say if it's one or the other, most automatically think it's a pregnancy test
