Irritated urethra.

For about a week I have noticed a faint feeling of irritation in my vagina. Dear ol husband used sum non vagina friendly lube one night 🤬. Also, my period came early this month. As a matter of fact I’m still spotting. First I thought I had blood in my urine. So I popped in a tampon so I could determine the source of the blood. It was coming from the correct hole. I decided to whip out a mirror and check things out down there. My urethra hole scared the shit outta me. The hole was large and a darker color than usual. Yesterday I was fine. Didn’t need to wear a pad in case of spotting. Until late in the afternoon. I went to the bathroom and there was blood. Enough to turn the water in the toilet pink/light red. It doesn’t necessarily “hurt” when I pee but there is a strange sensation and I go frequently. Throw in the fact that I was on a mini BC pill. I decided just yesterday to stop the pill, so I understand I may bleed because of this. I looked in the mirror this morning and everything was normal. Came to work and went to the bathroom and now it’s looking weird again. Anyone have this issue? I couldn’t get a doctors appt today. Trying to see if I should just go to urgent care or wait for a doctors appt.
