I tried this.. and I was unsuccessful. It takes me time to fall asleep and my LO’s schedule just isn’t predictable. He could sleep 3 hours or 30 mins...

I planned on it and tried but i cant get to sleep mode when baby sleeps. I find myself more productive if grab the chance to do what needs to be done if he’s asleep.

I learned to try and take a nap with my daughter once a day and do what I need to the other nap times. It normally depends on how tired i am if it works or not.

It doesn’t mean to sleep every time your baby is sleeping. Just take advantage during a nap time to rest/relax yourself as well. The other nap times do what has to be done.
