Leaky window, landlord won’t fix it?

So I rent my home through a company and I’ve only actually met the owner once. One of my living room windows is broken and lets in a lot of cold air. I’ve mentioned it twice to the company and finally the home owner came over to look at it. She said there’s nothing wrong with it and she just replaced all the windows and no window is totally sealed. Well we’ve been having heavy rains the past week and it’s leaking in the cracks. I told the rental company and they called the home owner who apparently does not believe me and said she doesn’t need to come out and look at the window for a second time. What do I do??
