Not really. There’s a lot of benefits such as the period tracker, learning about their bodies and talking about fashion. Also, at 13 it’s hard to talk to your parents about certain things. So that’s another benefit of coming on here at 13. I actually love it besides the rude people.

I never understood the inappropriateness of it. I got my period at age 10. If people are talking about oral sex, that’s part of sex ed. If there is any inappropriate behavior here, is the occasional cattiness and extreme level of immaturity and name callings. 
If I had a daughter, I would have never wanted her to be around this kind of toxicity.

When I was a kid my parents never taught me anything about periods, sex or anything like that. Platforms similar to this (there were few) helped me to learn about things and the way I learned about periods was in 5th grade with a movie from our teacher and it barley taught me anything. But my parents never had the birds and the bees talk with me and platforms like this teach you about safe sex. Which is very important because I think that educating the younger audience is very important. They are learning about what to do and what not to do. You can’t just say don’t have sex because when you’re younger you think that you know everything and that’s how accidental pregnancies happen because they didn’t know to use a condom and birth control or any contraception in that case. I think once you get your period there are things you need to know.👌🏻
