Bp and spotting

My blood pressure has been oddly low. Last week I was admitted in over night for not being able to keep anything down. The results came back i was dehydrated and had low potassium. My bp was 88/53. The nurse tried a different sleeve, still low. But she didn’t seem to worried. Went to my first ob appointment yesterday and it was 90 something over sixty something. Nurse practitioner said it was normal I’m pregnant women. I was cramping this morning in my back and stomach, like I have been since a week ago. This morning I go pee and wipe and I see this

Wipe again, nothing. Went used the bathroom not long later, nothing. Fixing to go get checked. Seven weeks one day today. Has anyone had anything like this happen?
