Is Pregnancy possible with Low progesterone?!?

Has anyone gotten pregnant with progesterone levels of 5? I’m 7dpiui and went in today for blood work and they called me saying my levels were at a 5 and the doctor would like them to be over 10. I asked if this means if we’re out or if our chances are lowered and they said no that my ovulation just wasn’t as strong this month. Doctor wants to start me on femara next cycle if not pregnant. Feeling kind of bummed and definitely feeling like I’m out this month but wanting hope.

Also! I ovulate on my own at the same time every month but doctor uses trigger shot to time ovulation which is fine but this cycle I was triggered the day my surge started to rise when I was going to ovulate on my own in 2 days. Could this have been a reason for not such a strong ovulation this cycle? I’m sorry for the lengthy post. My wife and I just want this so bad and the hormones don’t make it any easier.
