CPS and FALSE ACCUSATIONS
There is a post that got me thinking...
My mom has a neighbor that for no reason other than jealousy despises her! this neighbor is an obvious druggy with a 10 year old autistic boy! She got my mom fired from her jobs, told police my mom was keying her car and the newest one is my mom flatted her car tire that was already flatted since i was there in sept! She says my moms jealous because she can have a service dog(that isn't even a service dog)and my mom can't(my sister has to use hearing aides because she's going deaf). Which my mom has told her 100X she never wanted one cause she's never home!
Well that neighbor called cps on my mom 3 different times with false accusations telling them that my sister was abused and neglected she wasn't getting the proper treatment for a child that is partially deaf and has hearing aides. When they came out they seen there was nothing wrong with my sister and was being taken care of so they left and closed the case.
A few months back I went out to visit and that same neighbor called cps on my mom again but about my son this time saying there is a 3 year old boy being yelled at because he was outside. The thing is the day they were talking about was a day my son was never out side! They only called because we got into an argument the day before. So again cps came out again and did a statement, said everything was fine and an hr later they closed the case! That was 4 different times that cps came out to my moms house for no reason other than bitchy ass neighbors wanting us to get in trouble.
The lady that showed up was the same lady that came out the first 3 times, when she walked in she said hi, we talked, she took a statement and said if she gets a call about my moms house again she would not come out. She said she is tired of these pointless calls and she wishes they could do something about the ones making the calls!
My question is "after 3 false accusation calls should they be allowed to track down the ones doing it and give them a fine?"
