*Trigger warning* Should we have classes that teach people what consent and rape are?
I was scrolling through and came across a post on a social media platform that was concerning to me. The comments, specifically were concerning. The comments were saying a sexual encounter wasn't rape simply because she consented to one sexual act, but not sexual intercourse. She explicitly said she didn't want sexual intercourse. This is rape. She said no. He did it anyway. The comments led me to believe we need to teach people what consent and rape truly are.
