This period..Oh my!!!

I got my AF 2 days ago, of course from 1st day into the next is always my absolute worse, I was so incredibly bloated yesterday.....so extremely bloated and diahrrea, bit the bloating Ness I felt I've been bloated the biggest ever and felt crappy, of course who doesn't on their period! today at work went next door for lunch, where I've always ate before no issues, ate today, it was good, but bout after 10 minutes, I started to become nauseus, even within the next hour after got home from work I was still feeling nauseus and just blah, I'm fine now, other then my period. i normally am not nauseus when I have my period and from food, this period just bites! has anyone else been like this, had periods like this they were just off?
