Anyone expecting a baby near 26th February and have a new baby pup?

Yesterday I bought my fiancé a baby pup who is 3 months old. Fully vaccinated 100% healthy. It was an early christmas present for him. I'm 28 weeks pregnant and 5 days.
Although i have had "why are you having a puppy when you're expecting? Things like that and all the negative comments! 
This is my beautiful pup half a pug and half a Jack Russell Terrier. She's good with children and other animals she's a lovable animal. 
Just because I have a puppy and when the baby is born my child will be first priority of course. 
Anyone else about the same as me and have a puppy or dog? 🐶👶🏻💞

We just adopted a year old dog and I’m currently 13 weeks pregnant. My husband has been wanting a dog for a year. We currently have a dog, a cat, and a bird. What’s a little more insanity. You’ll be busy with a puppy since they’re more work than a older, possibly housebroken dog, but don’t let anyone discourage you. Jack Russells have a ton of energy! Make sure your SO helps out extra when you’ve got a newborn.

We just got a puppy on Tuesday and I’m getting induced Monday! Craziness is about to happen but I think it’s worth it!

I’m not in the same situation, cause my dog is 3.. But it will be extra work for sure, the puppy and baby will grow up together being the best of friends. And that is priceless.

With my first we got a 10 weeks old poodle/golden mix.  She’s he sweetest thing and growing up with my daughter has made her soooo patient!  It’s definitely not easy with a puppy in the house and being pregnant, but it can be worth it

I’m 19 weeks and just got an 8 week old Saint Bernard. Not only do people think it’s a bad idea to get a puppy, but they are not thrilled about the size he will grow to be. He is the sweetest little boy, and so far has been very easy to train. I know he’s gonna be a big boy, but I thought now would be the perfect time since I’m not working until after the baby which means I have plenty of time to focus on him.

We got a kitten this summer almost halfway through my pregnancy. He's a nut case 😅 but I love him and can't wait to see how he is with the baby
