Can baby be “too active”?

My little girl hasn’t stopped moving all morning. She’s usually pretty quiet during the day but today she’s been super active.

Around 35 weeks I posed that to my doctor too, because I figured if a sudden change to be movement was cause for concern, maybe sudden change to a ton of movement could be a sign of something too. 
She said my reasoning was good but ended up laughing saying it was fine, lol.
I was about 35ish weeks.
