does anyone know what this could be??

This past August I miscarried. Wegot pregnant again in October!! I saw the nurse practioner at 9weeks, she was just interested in hearing a heart beat and obviously doesn't specialize in operating the ultrasound machine. with that being said, she took this scan, and when I pointed out in the upper left hand of the scan, she says, and I quote "I'm not sure, I only know enough about this thing to be dangerous." I feel like it looks like a twin, anyone else see it ???
