Maintaining weight while pregnant?
I’ve gained a little too much weight at 21 weeks, and my doctor said she would like me to maintain my weight at least until my next appointment in 4.5 weeks. It’s a struggle bc I’m hungry all the time and tired all the time. Sometimes I just eat bc I’m tired. I work graveyard. Mon-fri 8pm-7am and sleep generally from 9am-5pm. I also drink a gallon of water a day, so I know I have no issues with water. Lol. Just any advice, meal plans or ideas would be great. Thinking of trying to just cut out carbs???
